Heart attack problems have become so common now a day that everyone wants to know which thing is important for heart health. Many food specialists are trying to guide the people what should they use in normal diet. Some doctors are advising them green vegetables,fish oil,raw food just boiled and fiber low in cholesterol.Most of the doctors advise their patients to avoid red meat to protect them from cardiovascular disease as red meat is helpful in producing clots in the blood a phenomena most common in cardiovascular disease.Most of doctors even advise their patients never take too much food and try to free you from stress which is difficult to manage.
